The Old Nag Whisky Lounge

Introducing The Old Nag Whisky Lounge by Spirit of Perthshire and Robertsons of Pitlochry.

NEW for 2022, The Old Nag will have daily whisky tastings and retail sales (including bottle service order & pickup for those staying on-site!) 

🍺 Three beers are being released for the occasion: Moody Mare, Gallous Stallion and Hoof Hearted, and a special gin for the horse trials will be called The Old Nag.

But specialty whisky will be the star attraction, featuring some of today’s top distillers & independent bottlers including Lindores Abbey Distillery, Tomatin, Angus Dundee, Gordon and MacPhail and Young Spirits (who will be mixing cocktails daily!)

The Old Nag will be hosting a Charity Whisky Tasting in support of the Equine Grass Sickness Fund the evening of Thursday 25th August from 7pm-8:30pm. Hosted by Ewan McIlwraith, owner of Robertsons of Pitlochry, it will feature a selection of whiskies selected from their featured distillers. Please note the Whisky Lounge will be closed to the public during this special event.
