Whether you are looking for a corporate day out to entertain clients or a special treat with friends and family, our hospitality package is a must-have date for your calendar. The Defender Blair Castle International Horse Trials returns from 22nd – 25th August 2024.
Expect the finest local, seasonal Scottish produce, fine wines and front-row seats overlooking the main arena (where the dressage and show jumping take place) plus stunning views of the spectacular Blair Castle.
The catering is provided by the award-winning team at Wilde Thyme, under the eagle eye of Andrew Hamer, who was previously the executive chef at Gleneagles. Wilde Thyme was established as a luxury caterer in 2003 and has since positioned itself as Scotland’s leading catering and event design company.
