In an exciting development for 2016 the organisers of Blair Castle International Horse Trials & Country Fair are delighted to welcome Equi-Trek as their headline sponsor.
Host to last year’s FEI European Eventing Championship, the Blair Castle Equi-Trek International Horse Trials will be Scotland’s leading equestrian event this year. It runs from 25th – 28th August, while the Highlands are at possibly their most beautiful.
A partnership between Equi-Trek and Blair Castle International Horse Trials is a perfect fit. Equi-Trek has long been involved with the sport of eventing and been generous in its support at Blair Castle over the years. Quality lies at the heart of the company philosophy, a principle that is shared by Atholl Estates, organisers of the event.
Not only is Equi-Trek the largest producer of horseboxes and trailers in the UK, they are also the only British company to manufacture a complete range of horse transport, from lightweight trailers to 12 horse lorries. They conform to the most stringent design and build processes and meet the highest quality control standards.
Launched back in the 1990s, the family run company is proud of its team of talented engineers and designers who understand fully the importance of the travelling horse’s safety and comfort. Constantly evolving and developing its product range, the attention to detail that goes in to all Equi-Trek vehicles is second to none; not surprisingly the company has become the largest exporter of vehicles to Europe, also selling to the USA, Australia and New Zealand.
“Blair is a fantastic event in a breathtaking setting that we and our dealerships across Scotland love attending each year.” said Tom Janion, Managing Director of Equi-Trek “We are absolutely thrilled to be supporting it in the capacity of title sponsors”.
“This is great news for all of us involved in the running of Blair Castle International,” added Event Director Alec Lochore. “We have worked closely with Equi-Trek for a number of years and to have this increased support is very rewarding. It is a partnership which I hope will continue to develop in the future.”
