Until more events guidelines are provided by Scottish Government, we will not be actively asking for volunteer applications, but please do fill in the form if you would like to be considered.

Definition of the role:

1. To perform or offer to perform a service of one’s own free will.
2. To do charitable or helpful work without pay
3. Someone who plans to have a great time during Blair as part of our team!
Does this sound like you? Are you an enthusiastic, hardworking person who wants to give something back to their sport? If you are then we need you! The event wouldn’t run if it wasn’t for the hundreds of people who give up their time every year, if you would like to be one of them next time, we have plenty of roles available.

Young Volunteers can be part of our team with an appropriate role and they will be allocated with an adult during their shift.

We’ll need people who are willing to help, whether for one, two or the full 5 days; below is a list of roles for volunteers during the event…..

  • Arena Crossing Point Stewards
  • Cross Country Crossing Point Stewards (Saturday & Sunday only)
  • Arena Parties
  • Office Runners/Information Tent
  • Lorry Parkers (Paid position, 4 hours shifts between 7am and 10pm.)
  • Collecting Ring Stewards
In return you will receive:
  • Entry tickets for when you aren’t working
  • Packed lunch for the days you are working
  • Free camping on site
  • A Joules poloshirt if you are helping for 3 or more shifts

We need to take some personal details for the purpose of processing your volunteer application. We take the security of your personal details very seriously and commit to not using them for any other purpose without your further consent. You can read a copy of our volunteer privacy notice here.
