Our Catering Manager, Alec Cruickshank, has been working hard on creating unique and delicious menus for this years event.
Members have the opportunity to sample some fine Scottish food with exclusive access to the Members Marque restaurant. Our Hospitality Menu takes you on an adventure around Scotland through food; and the Small Plate Evenings gives you a flavour of the magnificent catering we have here at Blair, providing you with a choice of small dishes inspired by ingredients and food from across Scotland.
Hospitality Dining
This menu is available through our Hospitality packages available Thursday-Sunday. As part of this package you will receive forward parking, access to the VIP Hospitality marquee and arena side garden (where show jumping and dressage takes place), three-course meal served with wine and unlimited tea, coffee and shortbread throughout the day as well as access to a private bar.

Blair Bistro Small Plate Evenings
Our Blair Bistro Small Plates evenings are hosted by our catering director, Alec Cruickshank, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 6-9pm. You will have a choice of dishes carefully crafted by Alec to showcase the best of Scottish ingredients. Blair Castle Horse Trials Members have access to our Members Marquee where their exclusive restaurant is located. View the Menu below to see what fine fare is available, whether it is to start your day with a hearty Scottish breakfast to fuel you for walking the Cross-Country course or a relaxing lunch while you take a break from all the event fun. Members Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea packages are available to purchase in addition to Membership tickets. You will be treated to a traditional spread of Afternoon Tea with a Blair Atholl twist featuring locally sourced produce and inspired by the hills and scenes surrounding the Castle. These are served across the afternoon each day of the event in the members marquee. Afternoon tea tickets can be purchased alongside a membership ticket from our online box office.
