Building on the huge changes to the on-site catering we made at Blair in 2021, our on-site catering activities was once again overseen by our Catering Director Chef Alec Cruikshank of Fonab Farm/Event Boxes Ltd. You LOVED what he did!
In addition to the vast array of amazing food trucks on site including the cross-country course, we had VIP Hospitality available as well as The Blair Bistro offering small & sharing plates in the membership marquee on Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings. As the dinner sittings in The Blair Bistro began near the close of the competition day, you did not need a membership badge or even a horse trials ticket to enjoy an evening of eating & drinking here at Blair!
