Cairngorm Gin Founder, Jack Smith, was born and raised in the valley of the River Spey, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. His family has lived in the Cairngorms National Park for decades, sharing a love and respect for the outdoors and the native flora and fauna that surrounds their home.
Jack set out to create a truly unique gin “Inspired by the land we live in” And he believes he has done just that.
Cairngorm Gin produce a range of hand-crafted premium distilled gins, produced in small batches across their 2 copper gin stills. Distillery Founder Jack committed from the start to distil and bottle his premium Gin in the region that inspired it, and only ever in small batches, in order to preserve the quality of each and every bottle.
Cairngorm gin use a variation of botanicals and the freshest water from the River Spey. To name a few, the finest juniper, cloudberries, elderflower and Caledonian pine are partnered with coriander seed, orris root, sweet orange peel, angelica and kaffir lime to create wonderfully refreshing and smooth liquids.
