Hospitality Opportunities

Excellent, affordable and attractive hospitality options are available. Whether to entertain guests and clients of treat key members of staff, you can enjoy a day out in splendid surroundings with good food and exciting entertainment.

Unlike other hospitality opportunties Blair Castle International Horse Trials and Country Fair is also a family event with everybody welcome and something to do for everyone.

Standard Package includes:

• VIP admission passes
• Forward parking
• Priveleged access to the ringside sponsors' marquee
• Souvenir programme
• Morning coffee on arrival
• Lunch served in the marquee
• Afternoon tea
• Per person: Thursday and Friday £65, Saturday £80, Sunday £70 
  (all prices plus VAT at current rate)

Further options that can be arranged on request include:

• A private section within the marquee
• Audio-visual equipment for presentations
• Guest speakers
• A private hospitality marquee located on the cross-country course (Friday & Saturday only)
