Camping pitches are bundled with tickets, and lots of options are available depending whether guests wish to stay for the whole event or just the weekend. There is the choice between membership and general admission packages too. Members’ passes offer access to the ringside members marquee with its bar, restaurant, CCTV coverage of the event, posh loos and a dedicated grandstand. General admission simply offers admission to the main event site and the unreserved free seating available.

 

The campsite will be open from midday on Wednesday 22^nd August until midday on Monday 27^th August – Sunday night is included free of charge for anyone camping over the weekend just in case they don’t fancy a late journey home after the competition concludes.

 

For each pitch booked one campsite vehicle pass will be issued, admitting either a car with caravan or tent, a motorhome or a horsebox. Additional vehicles will require passes, available in advance at £3 per day (Thursday to Sunday. Wednesday and Monday are free of charge. Vehicles passes are £5 if purchased at the event). Additional vehicles may not fit on camping pitches, in which case they will require to be left in the designated parking area on the caravan site.

Single Night Camping

For guests who perhaps only want to stay on Friday night to get an early start for cross-country day, single night pitches are available at £15 per pitch. These will only be sold with admission tickets or membership purchases, to ensure the campsite remains for event visitors only.

 

Specific Terms & Conditions of the Event Caravan Park
* Camping pitches must be purchased in advance.
* Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian - no under 18s may camp unsupervised. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to unaccompanied under 18s.
* Dogs are permitted but must be kept on leades when on the campsite. Owners must clear up after their dogs - bags will be avialable. Dogs must not be left in vehicles during the day.
* Generators are permitted, providing they are correctly earthed and fuel is safely stored. The campsite manager will check generators and may remove any deemed unsafe. Generators must not be run during quiet hours.
* Campers are requested to respect other guests and keep noise to a reasonable level - quiet hours will be in effect between 11pm and 7am. Please remember this is a family environment.
* Any campers repeatedly making excessive noise or behaving in an antisocial manner may be ejected from the campsite at the organiser's discretion - no refunds will be given.
* Rubbish bins and a chemical toilet emptying point wll be provided.
